Smart Category Automation & Merchandising is a BigCommerce application that provides automated product categorization, visual merchandising, and analytics features to help merchants organize and optimize their online stores.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must have a valid BigCommerce store and install our application through the BigCommerce App Marketplace. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • Free trial period: 3 days with full access to all features
  • Billing occurs monthly or annually based on your selected plan

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We access your BigCommerce store data only as necessary to provide the Service and do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms
